Treatment Preparation Pathways Available
Phase One Recovery
The journey to recovery begins with knowledge, support, and the right guidance. Phase One Recovery, part of the Treatment Pathways Group, is a treatment preparation program designed for individuals who are motivated to make a change. This program provides participants with the tools, information, and encouragement needed to begin the process of abstinence-based recovery.
What Phase One Recovery Offers
Phase One Recovery is more than just a group session — it’s a supportive environment where participants can build a personalised care plan and receive one-to-one guidance tailored to their needs. The program empowers individuals to take control of their recovery journey, focusing on abstinence while fostering confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
The program also emphasizes:
Education and Awareness: Participants gain a deeper understanding of recovery and the steps necessary to achieve lasting change.
Peer Support: Engaging with others in similar situations helps build motivation, understanding, and a sense of community.
Referral Pathways: Participants are supported in accessing additional care or services as needed.
